It Began with a Calling in 1951

Our founding Pastor, Dr. Jim Hankins, began our church from a Columbus movie theatre in 1951. First named the “Columbus Baptist Temple”, Dr. Hankins sought to make the Gospel known across central Ohio. Our church still continues this mission today under the leadership of Pastor Paul Gabriel. Today, Pastor Paul carries the same heart and message of Dr. Hankins; that Jesus is Lord.
